Bill to SAVE Political Speech on Internet!!
LEGISLATION ACTION
We have been discussing how we bloggers and internet writers are under attack by the McCain big government machine lately, but we should also recognize that there are those in Congress on our side in this issue. Not everyone in Congress wants to take away our freedom of speech.
Representative Jeb Hensarling [TX-5] sponsored a bill that would exclude bloggers and the internet from the restrictions on free political speech. It is headed to the floor for a vote soon, so DO contact your representative and tell them to vote for it.
Even the conservative RedState blog and the leftist, fever swamp king, the Daily Kos, have joined forces to sponsor a letter to Congress in support of the bill.
Get involved, folks. This is our world that McCain is trying to destroy.

I wasn't aware of this bill, but if Krempasky and Kos are working together on this, that must mean that it's either something really good... or something that's really bad... ;-)
The fact that Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) is one of the co-sponsors means that it's likely the former!!
Thanks for making us aware of this!
